OPTIMISE is a suite of services designed to ensure that
the leads you capture at the show, using the LightPEN or
CompuLEAD, are contacted without delay.
Prospects can be sent a personalised letter
on your company letterhead along with company or product
information, on the day after visiting the stand. We
can even follow-up those prospects with a courtesy call and
give you a sales lead status report to act on!
OPTIMISE ensures you make the right
impression, and takes away the hassle.
BRONZE Service A personalised letter on your company letterhead,
folded and inserted into a DL envelope and sent the next
working day.
SILVER Service A personalised letter with a standard insert in
either a DL, C5 or C4 envelope. Sent the next working
day.
GOLD Service As per silver,
but you can have up to four different personalised letter
texts. The letter text would be determined by the follow-up
action codes indicated on the site when using the LightPEN
'menu card' or CompuLEAD 'customer qualifiers'. Perfect for
addressing new and existing customers and suppliers
differently.
GOLD+
Service A personalised letter with up to four variable
inserts. The inserts would be determined by the follow-up
action codes. Dispatch would be within five working
days.
TELEService Our experienced
operators would contact visitors within five days of the show
close. They would check the visitors had received the
information they required and ascertain the follow-up action
required from a pre-agreed list. We would then provide you
with a follow-up status report for each contact. The service
can be run in conjunction with the Bronze/Silver/Gold services
above or on its own.
