�Lightpen� is a small hand held device that instantly captures details of any
visitor to your exhibition stand. The visitor's details are stored within the barcode on the
visitor's badge and the information will be transferred into the �Lightpen� once you scan the
barcode.
�Lightpen�
is very portable (only slightly bigger than a writing pen) and your staff are able to move
freely around your stand with it. Once you return the �Lightpen� to us at the
end of each day, you will receive a comprehensive report listing all the information
available in our database on everyone you scanned with it. All this data will also be sent
to you as a computer file on a disk a few days after the show.
By using our
�lightpens� you can also collect additional information that is specific to your
company. Each �lightpen� is provided with a set of barcodes on a special
bar-coded sheet
that enables you to qualify each lead by asking specific questions of your visitor.
Scan the visitor's badge followed by the qualifying question and the response will be
attached to the name and address record; making targeted follow up a simple selection process.
