Printing your electronic badge
IMPORTANT: for e-Badge to be valid it must be produced to sufficient quality
What equipment do I need to access my event e-badge?
To be able to receive your e-badge need the following equipment:
- A PC or a Mac connected to the Internet
- A laser or inkjet printer, minimum 300 dpi
- A recent Internet browser among the following ones:
- Internet Explorer 5 or more recent (PC or Mac)
- Netscape 6.0 or more recent (PC or Mac)
- Mozilla 1.0 or more recent (PC or Mac)
- Opera 7.23 or more recent (PC only)
- Safari 1.0 or more recent (Mac only)
- Acrobat Reader (version 4.0 or superior) to read and print the ticket description files (PDF format). You can download Acrobat Reader at www.acrobat.com.
I cannot print my badge correctly, what should I do?
As the badge is produced in PDF format, you need to have free Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer. Consult with your IT support team if you require assistance with installation and configuration of Acrobat Reader.
You can also try printing your badge from another computer or another printer.
If you still cannot print the badge, please take a note of your unique registration number (URN). This number is displayed on the registration confirmation page and should also be included into the email confirmation that has been sent to you when you completed online registration process. Bring your URN when you arrive at the venue and present it at the registration desk. The badge will be printed for you there.
I come across problems downloading, what should I do?
You are not obliged to download your badge immediately from the downloading page that appears at the end of the registration. Note, the e-mail that we send you to confirm your registration, contains the links for downloading your badge. This way, if you are short of time or if you run into downloading problems, make sure you have received the confirmation e-mail and then try again later. The badge can be downloaded until the last moment.
